Thank you for your interest in joining the 24 Hour Roadside Help Atlanta Network.
Being your motor club of choice is our focus. As one of the largest Atlanta roadside assistance companies, we strengthen your business by providing all the resources needed to help you operate smarter and faster – all while connecting you to more drivers than ever.
Being an 24 Hour Roadside Help Atlanta Service Provider means you’ll have access to innovative products, tools, and support to help your company grow. From our award-winning 24-hour billing and performance portal, to exclusive industry discounts, to free digital dispatching software, 24 Hour Roadside Help Atlanta is your network of choice.
We have three networks that you may choose to enroll in:
Emergency Road Services (ERS) - These are your "everyday" breakdowns including: towing, lockouts, jumpstarts, tire changes, winching, and fuel deliveries. Response times on average within the assigned region should be within 45 minutes (measured from dispatch to arrival at the disablement site).
Priority/Accident Management Towing - Service Providers that elect to participate in our Priority Towing program will service the high priority dispatches, which may include accidents or customers that are enrolled in a premium service. A Priority Towing Service Provider responds directly to disablement scene within 20 minutes and moves the vehicle to a designated repair facility.
Secondary Towing (Vehicle Release Management) - Your responsibility will be to deliver these vehicles from an impound or storage yard to a designated body shop within the requested time period. Most of our programs require service on the same day the vehicle is ready for release – with 24 Hour Roadside Help Atlanta providing you the relevant details prior to noon local time and requiring your ability to deliver the vehicle prior to 5 PM local time (both locations being within your assigned region). For dispatches provided later in the day, 24 Hour Roadside Help Atlanta looks to have the vehicle stored at your secured facility overnight and delivered during the next business day. You may be asked to advance funds to release of the vehicle on behalf of 24 Hour Roadside Help Atlanta for a short period of time. Advanced funds will be reimbursed to you by 24 Hour Roadside Help Atlanta within 48 hours through a direct deposit to your bank account.
